Over the last 7 years there have been a number of extreme anti-social behaviour cases reported in local and national media when decisive legal action has been taken by Angus Macdonald on behalf of social landlords. This action was, and will be in the future, necessary to protect victims and their communities. However the effective management of anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes should not be judged solely on a minority of severe cases.
